It’s this passion that drives me to ensure that I exceed the expectations of any individuals or families who trust me to represent them in one of the most important transactions of their lives. As most Realtors nowadays are ‘teams’, my business is solely me. The ‘team’ would be myself and my client. You pay me you get me 24/7 from the moment we sign the contract and any time after that. My job is to promptly return phone calls/e-mails, keep clients informed at every step of the transaction and ensuring that I’m never unavailable. I consider all these crucial components of good service. I was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. My family moved to the lower mainland in 1970. I grew up and attended schools in the Coquitlam area and moved to Maple Ridge in 1986 where I have happily resided ever since with my wife and 3 children. After several years in the construction business I became a FULL-TIME Realtor in 1993. I enjoy playing all sports, travelling and spending time with family and friends and cruising around in my 1968 Firebird I’ve owned since I was 16. I’m committed to my job and take it very seriously as I know buying a home is a huge financial commitment for most people and I don’t want the end result to be just a house my clients are buying, but a home to relax, enjoy and feel safe in.
